1. Who controls your data
The data controller is Jiri Dusek, Konevova 572/18, Dubi 1, 41701 Czech Republic. You can contact the controller through the support form.
2. Data we process
When you submit a support request, we process your email address, message, request type, and any optional name, watch face, watch model, or firmware version you provide. Our hosting and security provider may also process technical request data such as an IP address, browser information, timestamps, and security signals.
3. Why we process it
We use this information to answer support questions, investigate technical problems, understand feature requests, protect the form from abuse, and maintain the security of the website.
Where your request relates to a purchase or service, processing is necessary to take steps at your request or perform that service. For general support, feature feedback, and website security, processing is based on our legitimate interests in supporting users and improving and protecting our products.
4. Service providers
Cloudflare provides website hosting and security. Formspree processes support form submissions and delivers them to our support inbox. Google Fonts supplies the Manrope web font used by this website. These providers process limited data under their own contractual and privacy terms.
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, such transfers rely on legally recognized safeguards made available by the provider.
5. Retention
Support correspondence is deleted no later than six months after the last message in the conversation. Information may be retained longer only where necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims or to meet a legal obligation.
6. Cookies and security
We do not use advertising cookies. Cloudflare and Formspree may process strictly necessary technical and security data to operate and protect the website and support form. The website does not use support form data for advertising or profiling.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of your personal data, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and request data portability where applicable. You may exercise these rights through the support form.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů).
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the website, service providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
